Designed to suit any application, Jones of Oswestry access covers and frames have been manufactured in mild steel or stainless steel and installed in prestigious projects throughout the United Kingdom.

Manufactured in any size, in single, twin, triple, continuous or multiple cover configurations they are available recessed for paving infilling in hard landscaping areas or recessed for screed / floor finish infill for internal purposes. For more industrial purposes they are also available with a solid chequer plate top.

All designs are available to suit the full range of British Standard loadings and have a mechanical lift / slide out or hinged option for regular one person operation as well as a lift out option for more cost effective solutions. Each design can also be specified with an extensive choice of accessories to suit every application.

Finished as standard with a Duragalv 70 post galvanised finish they can also be supplied with extra thick galvanising or in Grade 304 or Grade 316 stainless steel for an extended lifespan.

SUPRABLOC

Suprabloc lift out recessed access covers and frames are ultimately designed for paving infill and are fully fabricated from 6 mm thick material to prevent any infill from loosening and to deter distortion of the cover and frame during installation and subsequent operation and removal.

They can be fabricated to suit any clear opening in single, twin, twin, triple, multiple, continuous or layout cover configurations and are generally specified for infrequent, cost- effective multiple person operation.


SOLOBLOC

Solobloc recessed access covers and frames are designed for paving infill and incorporate torsion spring assist lift to enable each cover section to be operated with ease by just one person.

Available in any practical size, each cover section can be up or a multiple of 1000 x 600 mm clear openings or combined with Suprabloc lift out cover sections to give frequent point access to a large chamber.


SUPRATRIM

Supratrim recessed lift out access covers and frames are fully fabricated with 4 / 6 mm thick material for infill with screed and / or floor finish for internal use or for infill with concrete for external use.

They can be fabricated to suit any clear opening in single, twin, triple, multiple, continuous or layout cover configurations and are generally specified for infrequent cost-effective multiple person operation.


TELEBLOC

Telebloc recessed slide-out access covers and frames are designed for paving infill.

Available in any size, each unit is broken down into manageable slide-out cover sections that weigh approximately 50 kgs when infilled, which when used in conjunction with the integral slide-out runner beams, enables frequent one-person operation.

Developed in conjunction with BT they are also the basis for BT-approved units.


SUPRASTEEL

Suprasteel solid chequer plate top lift-out access covers and frames are fully fabricated with 4 / 6 mm thick material to deter distortion during installation and subsequent operation and removal.

They can be fabricated to suit any clear opening in single, twin, triple, multiple, continuous, or layout cover configurations and are generally specified for infrequent cost-effective multiple-person operation.

 


SUPRAHINGE

Suprahinge solid chequer plate top-hinged access covers and frames incorporate torsion springs as standard to allow assist lift with ease by just one person.

Available as a flat top or upstand design in any practical size, each cover section can be up to or a multiple of 1000 x 600 mm clear openings or combined with Suprasteel lift out cover sections to give frequent point access to a large chamber.
